St Teresa School’s vision is, therefore, to offer a well-rounded education that integrates Eastern philosophy and Western technology. It is our mission and our goal to encourage the formation of well-rounded and balanced personalities in our students and - at the same time – individuals who have sound moral characters, have learned to embrace life as a blessing, and have asserted themselves to become intelligent beings equipped to triumph in all areas of endeavor.
The purpose of our institution is to give everyone in this school a chance to learn and succeed in the future. Our goal is not only to educate students but also to invest our efforts into extra-curricular development. Our goal is to prepare them to be responsible, self-sufficient, and empathetic citizens, and to make constructive contributions to society.
At the St Teresa School, we understand the need for the development of both the mental and physical aspects of a child. We don’t limit our teaching to the four walls of the classroom. Indeed, what is accomplished with students is achieved through various activities aimed at developing creativity, leadership, and social skills. By doing so, our students are empowered to work and thrive in any setting whether it is in their personal or professional lives.
We encourage students to be inquisitive and appreciate education through our educational offers. Children are active participants encouraged to think, probe, and interact with their environment keenly. The educators at St Teresa School are focused on contributing to the educational process and helping learners interact and succeed as individuals. We focus on critical analytical skills, problem-solving, and effective communication skills which are very relevant in any given career path.
With academic success, we also recognize the importance of physical growth for a child. Our school strongly encourages active sports and other physical activity participation so students can maintain health and fitness besides developing teamwork and discipline. To this end, we integrate physical fitness as part of everyday life to create a balance in mental work versus physical exercise.
One of the fundamental values of St Teresa School is continuous learning. We try to create a belief within our students that learning is never-ending. The teaching methods are in such a way that the student is always gaining new skills and knowledge. The culture of lifelong learning is encouraged within the school environment, and education is not restricted to just being in school but continues after leaving school. Instead, it turns into a lifestyle that enables them to survive in a fast-moving world.
In St Teresa School our education system is framed in such a way that it focuses not only on a student's academic success but also his/her character. Our emphasis is on relating aspects like interpersonal understanding, dignity, and accountability. In other words, students execute tasks and interact with their peers with the purpose of developing teamwork values and understanding various perspectives to the benefit of their societies.
Every student at St Teresa is given a chance to learn, to be brave, and to be a good member of society.
